I’m Shirley & I’ve worked for the NHS for almost 30 years. I’m passionate about tennis (watching and playing) and enjoy travelling.

I am a recently retired community project manager and ESOL teacher who converted to tennis ten years ago. I have been a member of EWLTC for four years and look after the day-to-day bookkeeping of the Association accounts. Oh, and I weed the flower beds.

I joined EWLTC IN 1972 and have been a member for about 50 years. I joined the tennis club in 1972 and played tennis in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams for the club in the Liverpool league for about 35 years. I have been the licensee for the clubhouse since about 2002.

I have lived in Dunbabin Road for 47 years and joined East Wavertree and Childwall Bowls Section 13 years ago. I was Men's Captain for nine years and have been Chairman for four years. I have also been a committee member of the Association for 12 years.

I am a retired teacher living in Woolton. I have been a member of the EWCCA Bowls Club for over 13 years, and I have been the ladies' captain and vice-captain. I have been a member of the bowls committee for several years and a member of the association for a year.

I am the Community Manager for the Association.
I have lived in the neighbourhood for over 25 years and have been a member of the Tennis section since 2017. I currently play in the men's teams and am on the selection committee.
